Wash the fish pieces, remove the bones and skin them.

Chop it into mud with the back of the knife and slowly jump out the fish bones.

Add all the seasonings and egg whites to the chopped fish and stir in one direction.

Put water in the pan.

Spoon the fish paste into a circle and put it into the pot.

Boil over medium heat, add salt, and wait until all the fish balls float up.
