Steps for Danggui Black-chicken Soup

Ingredients needed: Angelica sinensis, Codonopsis pilosula, red dates, wolfberry, black chicken, etc.

Wash the black chicken.

Pour 5 bowls of water into the pot, pour in the cleaned black chicken, drop a few drops of cooking wine, bring to a boil, and skim off the foam.

Add all washed and water-controlled medicinal materials, except wolfberry, into a pressure cooker, cover and bring to a boil over high heat, and cook for 35 minutes.
