Pumpkin sausage roll
Since I learned to make pumpkin steamed buns, there have been almost no white steamed buns in our house, and even the steamed buns are almost all golden yellow. The yellow color and fragrant taste of the pumpkin are really lovable. Occasionally touching sausage makes people love it even more.

Press the steamed pumpkin into a puree with a spoon.3
Put a little sugar in a bowl, pour in 3 tablespoons of boiling water, and saccharify it until the water cools to about 35 degrees C. Pour the yeast into the water to melt.
4
Take a large basin, pour in the flour, add a little salt, pour the pumpkin puree into the middle, pour the yeast water on the flour, and then mix all the ingredients well with chopsticks.
5
Knead the stirred flour into a smooth, non-sticky dough, then round and place in a bowl, cover or plastic wrap.
6
Let stand for 1 hour to complete fermentation.
7
Divide the fermented dough into portions, and roll one portion into a thin square.
8
Then place the sausage on one side, roll it into a stick shape, and cut it into even odd pieces (cut only to 3/4 of the way, leaving the outer side connected).
9
Then twist the even numbers to the other side. The ability to express words is not strong, so please look at the pictures.
