I like to eat Di San Xian with special rice, but I always feel that the fried ones are not healthy enough, so I learned to make this one without frying in oil. It is also very delicious and I ate all the big plate ~

Steps for Non-fried version of three delicacies

Peel and cut the eggplant into slices, sprinkle with appropriate salt and marinate.
