Banana cup cake

When I made a cake for the first time in my life, I always groped while making it. There were also many failures, but the cake was still quite beautiful when I made it. I like it very much. It can be called a cake with zero failures!

- low-gluten flour 200g
- banana 2 pieces
- butter 50g
- light cream 50ml
- brown sugar 50g
- white granulated sugar 30g
- vanilla extract small amount
- baking powder 1tsp
- yeast powder 1tsp
Steps for Banana cup cake

After the butter has softened at room temperature, stir until lubricated.

Add brown sugar in 3 portions and stir until lubricated.

Make sure to stir evenly each time before adding the remaining brown sugar and stirring until smooth.

Add the egg yolks in 3 times, stirring each time until the egg yolks cannot be seen before adding the next one.

Put the bananas into a fresh-keeping bag and grind them into mud.

Put the banana puree into 4 and stir well.

Add the light cream and vanilla essence and stir well.

Beat egg whites until stiff and fluffy.

Add egg white and stir in 3 portions.

Add baking powder and yeast powder to flour and stir well.

Sift the flour and stir, also in 3 portions. Steps 9 and 11 are alternated.

Gently stir well.

Add the cake paste to the paper cup and fill it up. I added shredded coconut and strawberries for decoration. Oven at 170 degrees for 20 to 25 minutes.
