Spicy sardines
It is said that sardines are the most polite fish in the ocean and move in an orderly manner. Moreover, it is a kind of fish that likes to stick together. Hundreds of millions of fish move like a ball.
Although sardines are relatively small in size, their bones are very thin and the meat is fresh and plump. As long as they are cooked well, they will never lose out to other fish. The most common ones are dry fried or fried, or processed into canned sardines. The spicy sardine I introduce to you today is an excellent partner, whether it is used with wine or with rice porridge.
