Steps for Jujube-scented golden silk roll

A piece of pumpkin. When buying pumpkins, the redder the pumpkin, the sweeter it is.

Cut the pumpkin into slices, steam and mash until paste.

Add flour, yeast and water to the pumpkin paste.

Knead all ingredients into three-light dough.

Place the dough in a warm place and stretch until twice as big.

Roll out the dough into a large thin sheet and grease it.
