Steps for Cold buckwheat noodles

Dry buckwheat noodles, tear apart the bonded areas and divide them into strips.

Put water in the pan. After the water boils, add the buckwheat noodles and cook for 2 minutes. Turn off the heat and soak for ten minutes.

Wash the spinach, cut it short, slice the carrots, and boil in water for about 3 minutes.

It's okay if the soaked buckwheat noodles don't have a hard heart. Remove them and put them in cold water and place them in a bowl.
