stir-fried cuttlefish with green pepper
By SvenHilll
This dish is not complicated to stir-fry, but it took me a lot of effort to wash and cut the cuttlefish! It took more than half an hour from washing to cutting flowers, and after frying, the flower shape was not beautiful! Home-cooked food focuses on taste! (But with the first time, I should be much more proficient in cutting flowers next time! It will look much better too!)

Steps for stir-fried cuttlefish with green pepper

1
Wash the cuttlefish, cut into small pieces and cut into flower shapes.
2
Wash green peppers and carrots, and cut into small pieces. Put water into the pan, add ginger and cooking wine to boil, and add cuttlefish and cook for 2-3 minutes. (Don't cook it too long, otherwise the meat will get old!)
3
Heat the oil in the pan until it is 8 minutes hot. Add in the ginger and stir fry with green pepper and carrots.
4
Pour the cuttlefish into the rice wine and continue to stir fry, add salt and sugar and stir fry for 1-2 minutes before removing from the pan. (Stir fry quickly, and the cuttlefish will be tender when it is taken out of the pan!)
5
Sprinkle with pepper.
