Steps for garland puffs

Mix milk, water, salt, sugar and butter, place in a pan, heat to a boil over low heat, and stir well. After removing the heat, sieve in the powder and mix well. Continue to heat and stir over low heat until a thin film appears on the bottom of the pot. Remove the heat.

Cool to below 60 degrees, add the egg mixture and mix well until the batter becomes inverted triangular when lifting the spatula. If the viscosity is not enough, add appropriate amount of egg liquid. If there is still egg liquid left when the condition is right, do not continue to add it.

Put the mixed batter into a decoration bag, cut the appropriate mouth, and squeeze it on a baking sheet covered with oil paper, as shown in the picture, each connected.

Preheat the oven to 200 degrees, bake for 15-20 minutes to set, then turn to 170 degrees, and slowly bake for 10-15 minutes. Turn off the heat and simmer for 5 minutes before baking. The picture shows it being baked.
