Steps for Braised potatoes with cured chicken legs

Wash potatoes and tomatoes.

Rinse the cured chicken legs several times with clear water to avoid being too salty.

Cut them into slices.

Heat the oil in the pan, saute the dried peppers, and the onions and ginger until fragrant.

Add the cured chicken legs, add a little soy sauce, stir fry well,
