Steps for Roasted chicken legs with cumin

Blanch the chicken legs in a boiling water pot for about 5 seconds. Remove them immediately after the skin changes color, drain them and set aside.2
Use a toothpick to make some small holes in the hot chicken leg, chop the garlic and add it, then add soy sauce, cumin, black pepper, and barbecue sauce and mix well.

Put the chicken legs together with the sauce into a fresh-keeping bag and pickle for 8 hours.

Remove the pickled chicken legs and place them in a ventilated place to dry (press the skin with your hands to avoid sticking to your hands). Mix the honey with a small amount of warm water and brush it evenly on the chicken legs.

Lay tin foil on a baking sheet, preheat the oven at 200° for 5 minutes, place the baking sheet on the bottom layer and cover with oil, and place the chicken legs on the baking net and placed in the middle layer of the oven. Bake at 200° for 15 minutes.

After 15 minutes, remove the chicken legs, brush them with honey again, evenly sprinkle with some cumin and black pepper, and place them in the oven to continue roasting for 15 minutes.
