Steps for Dried pork bun with lotus root

Melt the yeast in water, add to the flour and knead until smooth.

Fermentation to twice the size.

Peel and dice lotus root for later use.

Dice the meat, add soy sauce, five-spice powder, oil, chopped green onion, salt, sesame oil, mix well, marinate for 1 hour.

Remove the fermented dough and knead it well for later use.

Mix well the marinated meat with the chopped lotus root cubes and mix into filling.

Cut the dough into the appropriate size.

Take one portion and roll it into dough.

Wrap in filling.

Wrap it into steamed buns. Stir for 20 minutes. Pour boiling water into the pan and steam for 20 minutes over high heat.
