Steps for Tiger skin green pepper

Wash the green peppers, remove the stalks and drain the water for later use.

Remove the garlic grains from the coat and cut them into paste.

Boil the water in a wok to dry, put the green pepper in the pan and stir-fry until peeling.

Saute the garlic in a hot oil pan until fragrant.
