Bamboo shoots and crucian carp soup
The big one that my parents caught was braised, and the small one used it to stew fish soup. It was very delicious!

Steps for Bamboo shoots and crucian carp soup

Cut the fish and wash it for later use. Wash the ginger and onions and cut them for later use.

Remove the oil, add the ginger to 8 minutes heat the oil and saute until fragrant. Then add the fish and stir the fish gently. Pour on the cooking wine.

Add salt, water, and bamboo shoots, cover the pan and bring to a boil over high heat and turn to medium heat.

Cook until the fish soup is milky white, add green onions and serve.
