Steps for Green pepper and bean skin

Wash the bean skin with clean water and shred it for later use.

Remove the seeds and shred the green pepper.

Stir fry the pepper in a hot oil pan until fragrant and remove the pepper.

Pour in the drained water and stir fry the shredded bean skin. Season with salt and soy sauce.

Pour in the green peppers and stir fry until they are tender.
