Steps for Duck meat with pickled pepper

Cut the duck meat into small pieces and fly into water for later use.

Cut the rice peppers into sections and shred the ginger.

Heat the oil pan, add half of the shredded ginger and garlic and saute until fragrant.

Pour in the duck meat, sprinkle with rice wine to create the aroma, and season with soy sauce and salt.

Add the other half of the shredded ginger and pickled peppers and stir-fry until it is tender.
