Choose 300 grams of peanuts.

Remove the pan and put oil in a small amount.

Pour in the peanuts before the oil heats up.

Stir fry constantly while observing the color of the peanuts.

When the color looks much darker and most of the peanuts have cracked open, they can be served out. Pay attention to skimming out the oil.

Remove the peanuts and place them on a plate, sprinkle with salt while hot, mix well and serve. You can add sugar if you like sweet food.
