This egg sauce is one of my husband's favorite sauces. We often use it to make fried noodles. It's very delicious!
Steps for egg paste

Beat the eggs into a bowl and stir up.

Chop the peppers and green onions, but don't be too crushed.

Squeeze Yingkou sauce into a bowl, dilute with water, and mix well.

Put the oil in the pan, pour in the egg liquid, fry it until done, and shovel it into small pieces.

Add the chopped peppers and green onions.

After stir-frying for a few times, pour in Yingkou sauce. Don't pour too much. If you like to eat lighter, you must put less in it, depending on your taste.

Stir fry evenly and serve. The noodles are delicious.
