Steps for Crispy fried shrimp balls

Wash the shrimps and remove the shrimp lines.

Add egg white, cooking wine, and salt and marinate for about 10 minutes, then add flour and starch in a ratio of 1:1 to make a thin paste.

Remove the shrimp with thin paste and cover it with bread crumbs.

The oil temperature is around 180, and fry slowly over medium heat.
