Steps for gimbap

After the rice is cooked, stir in appropriate amount of garlic and spicy sauce. Cut ham sausage and green onion into thin strips.

Put plastic wrap on the sushi roller shutter, spread the seaweed, and spread the rice evenly on the seaweed. Place the ham and spring onions on one end of the seaweed. (I like to eat parsley, so I sprinkled it with some parsley)

Hold the roller blind and plastic wrap with your hands, roll up the seaweed little by little, as tight as possible.

Be careful not to roll plastic wrap inside. You can eat the rolled seaweed rice directly like this.
