Rural cucumber

I always occasionally think of the cold dishes my mother mixed. Although the ingredients are simple, the taste is unforgettable. I made this basically original rural dish based on my own feelings.
Steps for Rural cucumber

Wash the cucumber and chives and control the water for later use.

Cut the cucumber into shredded cucumber.

Cut the chives into small pieces.

Put the shredded cucumber and scallions into a bowl.

Add salt and MSG.

Stir all the ingredients in the pot to make the most simple rural cucumber.
