Steps for Shrimp in tomato sauce

Remove the shrimp and wash the shrimp line, drain the water for later use. Wash tomatoes, ginger, onions and garlic and cut them for later use.

Raise the oil pan, add ginger, garlic, and onion and saute until fragrant. Stir fry the shrimp, pour with cooking wine. Stir fry until the shrimp turns red and set aside.

Reheat the oil pan, pour in the tomatoes and stir fry until the tomatoes are ketchup.
