Mushroom cabbage

Mushrooms and cabbage are often seen in restaurants. They are a classic combination.

- pakchoi 1 handful
- fresh mushrooms of 6
- minced garlic 1 tablespoon
- oil 2 tablespoons
- salt 1 teaspoon
- sugar 1/2 teaspoon
- chicken essence a little
Steps for Mushroom cabbage

Wash the cabbage and pick the segments.

Wash the mushrooms and slice them.

Bring water to a boil, add 1 tablespoon oil and 1/2 teaspoon salt.

Blanch the vegetables until they are tender.

Remove and drain.

Put 1 tablespoon of oil in the pan and heat it up, saute the minced garlic until fragrant.

Stir-fry mushrooms for a while, sprinkle with a little water until soft.

Add pakchoi and stir-fry well, add salt, sugar and chicken essence to taste.
