Steps for honey lemon tea

Prepare all materials.

Soak the lemon in water and rub the skin clean with salt.

Drain the lemon, slice it, and remove the white seeds in the middle.

Lay a layer of white sugar under the bottom of the cup first.

Put a lemon slice on the white sugar.

Repeat in turn to add a spoonful of sugar and a slice of lemon.

Cover the cup and refrigerate it in the refrigerator.

Leave it for at least 3 days, and the lemon will come out of the water and the color will turn red.

Pour a cup of warm water. It must not be boiled water, otherwise it will destroy the nutrients of the lemon.
