sausage bread
By SamSanford
Making bread is an addiction. It's amazing. The flour goes through many processes and passes through my hands, and turns into all kinds of beautiful and delicious meals. Especially when I knead the dough manually, I am very tired and feel a sense of accomplishment! Playing with dough is like playing house, it's fun!

Steps for sausage bread

1
Pour other dough materials other than butter into a basin and make a dough; knead it in front of you and smooth, knead the butter into the dough, and continue to beat and knead the dough until the dough is smooth and a slightly thicker film can be pulled out. The edges of the hole are serrated, that is, expanded;
2
Spread the dough in a warm place and ferment for about 2 hours. Fermentation until it reaches twice the size, poke it with your finger, and it does not collapse or retract, indicating that it is ready.
3
After fermentation, remove and exhaust, divide into 4 ingredients, round, place them in a container, cover with plastic wrap, and wake for 20 minutes.
4
Take a piece of dough and roll it with a rolling pin into a thin dough sheet. Make the same for other dough.
5
Take a sausage and wrap the dough sheet around the sausage.
6
After winding, close your mouth down and place it on a baking sheet. I made two other ones with sausage pressed on the dough. See the picture.
7
Carry out final fermentation. I put it in the oven at 100 degrees, fermentation stage, 60 minutes, and put a bowl of hot water under the oven.
8
After finally fermentation, the dough is 1.5-2 times larger than the original. Take it out, brush egg liquid on the dough, sprinkle sesame seeds or chives, and squeeze on the salad.
9
Preheat oven to 180 degrees, medium, for 20 minutes.
10
Baked bread, two styles, equally delicious!

The bread texture is soft.
