Steps for Milk flavor corn cake

1
Pour two tablespoons of condensed milk into the corn kernels and mix well.
2
Add appropriate amount of glutinous rice flour and raw flour mixture (ratio: glutinous rice flour: raw flour =3:1) and mix well.
3
Pour half a bowl of oil into a pan, heat it, pour out for later use, leaving a little base oil in the pan.
4
Add and fry the mixed corn kernels until set.
5
Pour in the oil you just poured out, low heat, and fry until the surface is golden.
6
After taking out of the pan, you can turn it upside down on a large plate, sprinkle with some fine granulated sugar and colored needle sugar. (I don't have a big plate at home, so I just roast and dismember the fried corn ^_^).
