Steps for Peanut butter cookies

Ingredients: 200 grams of low-gluten flour, 130 grams of peanut butter (coarse grain type), 100ML of vegetable oil (peanut oil is the best), 80 grams of powdered sugar (my cotton sugar), 1/2 tsp of baking powder, 1/4 tsp of salt.

Mix peanut butter and oil and beat until well blended.

Mix the flour and baking powder, sift, and add to the mixture in step 4.

Knead into a soft dough.

Take a small piece of dough, knead it into a round ball, and then gently flatten it to make it into the shape of a round cake. Arrange the prepared round cakes on a baking sheet, and use a fork to press them on the surface to create patterns (it's okay not to press them, like mine, but it's all in vain if I press them.)
