Steps for Pan-fried pickled fish

Prepare a pickled fish.

Scrape the dregs off the pickled fish.

Break the fish in half and cut into small pieces.

Put the oil in a hot pan, add the fish pieces and fry slowly over low heat.

Fry the skin until golden brown, turn on the other side and fry well, and remove.

Use the remaining oil to stir-fry the scraped fish grains until fragrant and serve on a plate.
