Steps for Cold sea cabbage

Wash the sea cabbage, place it in a boiling water pot and blanch it until done, remove it and cut it into sections.

Pinch the roots of mung bean sprouts, peel the carrots and shred them, chop the garlic into pieces, and cut the dried peppers into sections.

Put the mung bean carrots into boiling water with a little salt and cook them.

Put sea cabbage, shredded carrot, and mung bean sprouts in cold water to cool.

Put the oil on the pan and heat it up, add the pepper paste and turn off the heat; when the oil temperature drops, add the dried pepper strips and fry until fragrant.
