Steps for stir-fried steamed buns

Cut the overnight steamed buns into dices.

Wash the cucumber and cut it into dices; cut the coriander into sections; slice the bacon.

Add oil in a non-stick pan and heat it up, add in diced steamed buns and fry until golden yellow on both sides.

Continue to heat the pan, add in the egg liquid and fry it into an omelet, shovel and serve out.

Heat the pan up without adding oil. Add in the bacon and stir-fry until the oil is reached.

Add diced cucumber and stir-fry until raw.

Add in the eggs and diced steamed buns and stir fry.

Finally, add coriander, add a drop of oyster sauce, sprinkle with appropriate amount of salt, and season with chicken essence.
