Steps for Corn ribs soup

Put the ribs in cold water, add ginger slices and cooking wine, blanch them, and wash away the foam.

Wash the corn and cut it into sections for later use.

Put the blanched ribs into a soup bowl, add cooking wine and ginger slices, bring to the boil over high heat and simmer for 20 minutes on low heat.

Add the corn segments and simmer for another 20 minutes, add salt and stir well, turn off the heat, cover and simmer for 10 minutes.
