As for the baking time, you have to adjust according to your own oven! Like my oven is too small, only about 9 liters? So sometimes I can't bake strictly following the recipe. For example, if a recipe calls for 180 degrees for 15 minutes, most of the time if I bake it like that, the middle ends up undercooked while the top is already burnt. So I adjust it to 170 degrees, bake for 15 minutes first, then take it out, rotate the baking tray, and continue baking.
