Beat the eggs, and cut the ham, carrot, and cucumber into diced slices.

Scramble the eggs first.

Put oil in a wok and heat it up. Add diced ham, diced carrot, and diced cucumber, stir fry.

Add the rice and stir well.

Finally, add the scrambled eggs, add soy sauce and salt to taste, sprinkle with chopped green onion and serve out of the pan.
