steamed bass
This is the first time I arranged the perch in a peacock shape. It wasn't particularly beautiful. I will continue to work hard next time!

Steps for steamed bass

1
Prepare various raw materials.
2
Shred the scallion and ginger, cut the peppers into small pieces, and place on a plate.
3
Cut off the head of the bass and cut it into sections from the back, taking care not to cut off the abdomen.
4
Gently pull it into the shape of a peacock's tail. The fish tail is difficult to cut, so you can put it underneath.
5
Place the shaped fish on a plate covered with shredded ginger, pad the fish head high, spread shredded ginger and shredded green onion on top, garnish with wolfberry fruit, drop cooking wine and steamed fish soy sauce, sprinkle with salt and marinate for ten minutes.
6
Heat in the microwave for 14 minutes, turn off the heat and steam for 2 minutes, then add a small amount of sesame oil to serve. The taste is light and delicious!
