Steps for truffle chocolate

1
When preparing dark chocolate, I choose Dove, or I can choose dark chocolate with higher cocoa content.
2
Chop the dark chocolate with a knife. The more finely it is cut, the easier it is to operate when it melts.
3
Put the light cream in the pan and heat it until the edges are bubbled and slightly boiled, turn off the heat, and add the chopped chocolate.
4
Stir in a circle until the chocolate is completely melted.
5
Allow the butter to soften at room temperature. Add the stirred cream chocolate paste to warm your hands and add the softened butter. Please note that the temperature must not be high, otherwise the butter will melt and float out and affect the taste.
6
Stir until the chocolate and butter are completely blended, and add rum (you can add more wine to reduce the sweetness of the chocolate).
7
Continue to stir until shiny. Wrap the container in plastic wrap and place it in the refrigerator for about 30-40 minutes. Remove the chocolate when it is thick.
8
Prepare 4 plates and add appropriate amounts of cocoa powder, mashed coconut, almond slices, and green tea powder.
9
Remove part of the chocolate and shape it into a round ball with 2 small spoons with a diameter of 2-3 centimeters. It doesn't matter if the shape is not good. Truffle chocolate just has no shape and is similar to French truffle fungus, so it is named.
10
Melt the decorative chocolate to make chocolate paste, and then wrap the chocolate ball with a layer of chocolate paste.
11
Then place the chocolate ball on a plate and roll it over to cover it with the decorative powder.
12
Make the remaining chocolate in turn. Let sit for a while and serve.
13
I added more rum, but it tasted a little bitter.
14
Put it in a box you like, eat it yourself and give it to others are good choices.
