Steps for Spicy fish sauce

1
Soak the salted fish in water overnight.
2
Prepare the bottle before doing, soak it in boiling water, and dry it for later use.
3
Drain the soaked fish and dice it.
4
Dry clean the radishes, drain the water, and dice them for later use.
5
Chop ginger and garlic for later use.
6
Soak peanuts in boiling water and drain.
7
Heat the oil pan, fry the peanuts first, and remove them for later use.
8
Pour enough oil into the pan and heat it, pour in the diced fish and fry it over low heat until the water dries and the oil color is clear. This process takes a long time, about 20 minutes.
9
Remove the fried diced fish and place it in a large container.
10
Continue to fry the remaining oil into dried radishes in the same way, and take out until the fish is diced.
11
Use the same method to fry ginger, diced garlic, and fermented soybeans (miss a picture of fried fermented soybeans) and remove them.
12
Pour all the remaining oil into the pan, heat it up, turn off the heat, add the chili powder and stir-fry until fragrant and turn off the heat.
13
Pour in sesame seeds and stir.
14
Pour all the fried ingredients into the pan and stir well.
15
Pour in the sweet flour paste and stir well.
16
Add seafood powder, white sugar, and chicken essence, stir well and cool before bottling.Spicy fish sauce Make Tips
Try to choose sealable bottles. Don't be too full when bottling. Use chopsticks to press the solid ingredients down so that the oil will float up and seal the bottle. Tighten the bottle cap for several months. Friends who don't like fish can switch to minced meat, minced beef, and river snail meat. The taste is equally delicious.
