Seafood nut spicy sauce
This sauce can be used as a sauce for bibimbap and can also be used to make rice balls. Make some and put them in the refrigerator so you don't have to worry about not having to go with the rice. (Suitable for lazy people)

Steps for Seafood nut spicy sauce

Cooked peanuts are packed in plastic bags and crushed with a rolling pin.

Stir fry sunflower seeds in a dry pan.

Stir fry the walnut kernels in a dry pan.

Stir fry the small shrimps (sea rice) in a dry pan.

Sift the fried shrimp with a fine sieve to remove the fine powder.

Prepare the 3 fried nuts and dried shrimps.

Put 1 cup Korean chili paste, 1/2 cup cooking wine, 2 tablespoons of syrup, 2 tablespoons, sugar, and 1 tablespoon sesame oil into the pan and stir well.

After stirring well, bring to a boil over low heat, stirring with a spoon while cooking.

After boiling, add in the prepared nuts and dried shrimp, and stir well.
