Steps for Cold tofu

Soak the tofu bamboo in warm water for about 10 hours in advance, use fried garlic, and chop onions, green peppers and coriander into minced pieces for later use.

Cut the soaked tofu into sections with an oblique knife.

Open fire, add appropriate amount of water to the pan and bring it to a boil, pour the cut yuba into blanching water, and bring the water to the boil again and remove it for later use.

Put the various raw materials into the blanched yuba, add salt, chicken essence, pepper powder and a small amount of monosodium glutamate, appropriate amount of vinegar, onion oil and a few drops of sesame oil.
