Steps for Chives roll

Take a small butterfly, fill it with 20ml of corn oil, add 3g of salt, put it in the microwave for half a minute to melt the salt.

Mix all other ingredients and knead them into a smooth dough. Leave in a warm place and ferment until twice as large.

Knead the dough into a smooth dough and waken for 15 minutes.

Roll out the awakened dough into a 0.5cm thick dough and apply oil and salt.

Sprinkle with chopped chives, roll them out slightly with a rolling pin, and roll them up from one side into a long strip.

Cut the long strips into equal sized doses.

Use chopsticks to press in the middle of the dose as shown.

Pinch the two ends of the impression together below.

Put in the oiled steaming drawer to wake up for 20 minutes, steam on cold water over high heat for 15 minutes, turn off the heat, and simmer for 5 minutes to boil.
