Steps for Steamed red snapper

1
Wash the fish, marinate with salt and cooking wine for 20 minutes, then rinse.
2
Shred ginger, cut spring onions into sections, and spread the white spring onions on the bottom of the plate. (The fish is too big, so I steamed it in 2 plates.)
3
Place the fish on top of the scallion, then add the scallion and shredded ginger.
4
After the water is boiled, put on the pan and steam for 8 minutes, turn off the heat and steam for 2 minutes. (I steamed the big one for 10 minutes.)
5
Pour away the juice from the steamed fish.
6
Pick up another oil pan and saute the shredded ginger until fragrant.
7
Pour in the soy sauce, mistrin and sugar to bring to a boil, turn off the heat, add the green onion segments and mix well.
8
Pour soy sauce on the fish.
