Steps for Shredded pork with soy sauce

Soak the tofu bamboo and cut it into thin threads.

Add shredded yuba with shredded ginger, salt, chicken essence, and cooking wine and marinate for a while.

Put the oil in the pan, add the shredded yuba and stir-fry slightly.
