Steps for stir-fried amaranth

Ingredients: amaranth, garlic, green onion.

Heat the pan, add appropriate amount of oil to heat, and saute chives and garlic.

Wash the amaranth, cut it into sections, place it in the pan, add a little water and stir fry for 1 minute.
