Puzzle the garlic in oil first

Then put the eggplant into the pan and stir fry, adding a little water, but remember not to use too much. Don't forget to add salt!

Stir up the eggplant until 7 ripe. Start another oil pan and put the spring onions into the oil pan and fry them first.

Then add the beef minced meat and stir fry until cooked, add appropriate salt.

Spread the fried eggplant on the bottom of the oven container.

Then spread the fried beef on the second floor. If you like it, mix the beef with a moderate amount of cream and cheese before spreading it on top of the eggplant.

Add 2-3 eggs to the mashed potato powder. I wanted to add 2 eggs at first, but finally added 3 eggs, then pour in the appropriate amount of cream (everyone can use), and finally pour in milk until the mashed potatoes are formed. Don't forget to add salt.

Finally, spread the mashed potatoes on top.

Put it in the oven, turn it to 220 degrees, and bake it over heat for 45 minutes. You can eat it!
