donkey roll
I didn't add a fresh-keeping bag when steaming glutinous rice noodles because the fresh-keeping bag was made of plastic and was afraid of chemical changes after high temperatures. Isn't it a scientific life nowadays, so I have to consider it usually, hehe.

Steps for donkey roll

1
First mix the flour and sugar.
2
Add water and mix well.
3
Apply some oil to the bottom of the bowl to prevent adhesion.
4
Add water to the steamer to boil, steam the blended noodles and cool.
5
Then stir-fry the soybean noodles over low heat.
6
stir-fry until golden brown.
7
Roll out the cooled dough in a fresh-keeping plastic bag (Some people directly use a fresh-keeping bag to fill the batter and steam it, but I don't want to use it this way. Plastic bags are toxic after being oxidized at high temperatures. I don't know if it is correct or not.)
8
Pour the stir-fried bean flour on the chopping board and spread evenly. Place the rolled dough on the bean flour, then add the bean paste. Remember to cut with a fast knife, otherwise it will get stuck.
9
Cut and plate and you are done. I only have less sugar, mainly because what I pay attention to now is low salt, low sugar and low oil.

The screening is over. Thank you for watching.
