It seems that I have never seen my mother make cakes, but after a year and a half in the north, I have eaten much more cakes than I have eaten in the past 20 years, and I have fallen in love with this food. What I like most is the red bean cakes sold outside the school and the cakes from the hot noodle stalls. They have a sticky taste and are not greasy at all. The red beans in them are very delicious.
