Steps for mango pudding

Prepare materials.

Peel the mango and cut it into dices.

Pour 2/3 of the mango diced into a blender and add the light cream.

Whisk the diced mango and the light cream until paste.

Pour the milk into a small stainless steel pot, add the white sugar, and heat over low heat until melted (you can stir with a spoon to help melt the sugar without boiling).

When the milk is warm, add the gelatine powder and stir until melted.

Continue to add the mango puree from step 4 and the remaining 1/3 of the mango diced, and stir well.

Pour into a container and refrigerate for 3 hours.
