Sea Oyster Pancake, in Minnan dialect, is a famous specialty snack in Taiwan and southern Fujian, Fujian;
Oyster frying is available in many areas in Fujian, but the practices are slightly different from place to place;
Taiwan's oysters are fried with cabbage, eggs and sweet potato flour;
Most of the practices in southern Fujian are the same. A large amount of green garlic and sweet potato flour are added---

As for my family, the method is relatively casual. It can be eaten into cakes or fried directly;
