Radish mashed potatoes
I had nothing to do at home on the weekend, so I tried making mashed potatoes!

Steps for Radish mashed potatoes

Wash potatoes and carrots, place them in a steamer and steam for about 20 minutes.

Peel the potatoes.

Use a spoon to press potatoes and carrots into a puree. There are many ways to press into a puree. You can also use a fresh-keeping bag to make it, but there are no fresh-keeping bags at home.

Put oil in the pan, add tomato sauce when it is 70% hot, and stir fry for about 2 minutes. Add 2 tablespoons of sugar and continue to stir fry. Mix mashed potatoes and carrot mashed and add into the pan and stir fry.

Stir well. Taste it and you can start the pot.
