Steps for sesame paste

1
Wash the black sesame seeds, dry them, put them in a clean pot and saute until fragrant, serve for later use. (Pay attention to low heat and slow frying, stir evenly, and never fry it too burnt)
2
Mix the glutinous rice flour and sticky rice flour, put it into a clean pot and stir-fry until slightly yellow.
3
Bake peanuts in an oven or microwave until fragrant, peel and set aside. If you didn't add peanuts, you would have skipped this step. (If you want to add other beans or nuts, use the same method, first oven or stir-fry them, and then place them with all the ingredients and grind them.)
4
Put all materials into the container used to mix the dry powder with a blender, stir into fine powder, and place them in a sealed container for storage. When eating, take 40 grams of black sesame peanut powder and add appropriate amount of boiling water to make a bowl of fragrant black sesame paste.
5
Store the remaining sesame paste powder in a dry and clean bottle in a cool and dry place. Eat it as you take it and enjoy it at any time.
